我一直都推崇硬防晒+防晒霜的组合，这样最能兼顾防护力与舒适度。在大太阳下仅依靠其中一个我是不会放心的。一般来说，短时间通勤我会选择低防护力的旧版碧柔或者heliocare oil free gel配合防晒伞。Heliocare很难用！

我觉得没必要做得天衣无缝吧，毕竟到老了效果差别不大，过于追求完美不是一件好事，而是一种负担。
