Security Officers are responsible for leading a team of security personnel in monitoring guest and crew activities, investigating security matters that arise, and promptly reporting and correcting security issues in order to maintain a safe and secure shipboard environment in line with the company’s core values.

2).On Board Operation 船上运营
A. Pre Embarkation 靠港准备
Screening of all baggage, carry-on luggage, ship stores and cargo, manifesto cross reference
Performing computerized & visual identification procedure of pax and crew in the gangway
Operate –X-RAY machines and Metal detectors
Performing Body searches (if required)
Performing tests of persons and/or surfaces using Explosives/Drugs detection kits
Risk assessment of entering persons due to suspicious signs and behavior
Provision inspections
Cabin inspections
B. Sailing 航 行 中
Operating and monitoring CCTV system
Preventive presence in crowded areas
Response team for all types of incidents
Crime scene preservation
Investigating and interrogating due to suspicious behavior
Close protection of on board VIPs and the Captain during Gala cocktail
Performing, instructing and monitoring Bomb search drill and real-time operation
Crowed and crisis management in case of Emergency
Patrols of the vessel when at sea
Escorting Pilot to bridge upon arrival and before departure
Consult and support of SSO about risk assessment and practical security solutions
Enforcing crew discipline according to company’s policy
Ongoing liaising between the Operation Centre ,Team Leader and Customer CSO for threat assessment and analysis

Patrols in ports
Sweeping of tenders before re-embark after operation
Surveillance of vessel’s surrounding
Stowaway search prior to every departure
