回答楼上，因为我刚刚在韩吧狠狠的鄙视了韩国人，所以我不喜欢中国人闹矛盾。
所有的事物都会两极分化，你们问我你们好言相劝让他道歉的时候 他咒了我你们什么，我只能说她是会咬人的动物，而你们又开始兴奋地闹开了，恨不得V吧变成FV的天下，让我想到一句歇后语，什么咬什么，一嘴毛啊。
没想过走法律路线？那些被抄袭的受害者呢？这些呈上来的证据，我相信法官会比我更有兴趣去看的。

As someone else has said here, there is little or no chance that the Chinese government will do anything. Theft of intellectual property is a huge problem in PRC. Car designs, appliance designs, software, architectural plans, virtually everything you can think of is stolen by Chinese "innovators." I knew of a Danish architect who was interviewing at their Beijing office for graduate architects from the best uni' there. He was amazed, when looking at one of the interviewee's portfolio, to see some of his own work there. When he pointed this out to the graduate, the person denied it and continued with the bare-faced lies.
Only recently has PRC started to cooperate with movie producers over pirated DVD's, and that seemed to be because of a stand-off with Chinese movie distribution. The authors who have had their work plagiarized will find it difficult to elicit enough leverage to get anything done over there. They should, however, get their publishers to look into it, and send the woman a "cease and desist" letter. A copy of this should be lodged with a complaint to the Chinese Ambassador, and copies should be sent to the Chinese publishers. It at least provides a record for the authors to be able to pursue her in the future when IP regulations improve, and if a copy of said letter should find it's way onto the internet and into the press, this will no doubt provide a strategic leak into PRC and help highlight her as a thief to her readers.
Although, one has to be mindful that the Chinese were (still are) fed propaganda and only proaganda, and so are an odd bunch and tend to believe that anything eminating from non-nationals is anti-Chinese propaganda. They are also experts at forging, and so will easily be able to produce an "original" manuscript for the work in PRC, predating the legitimate author's.
The theft problem is much larger in the industrial and scientific world. This sounds unfathomable, but there are more Chinese spies at large than the sum total of the Americans, British, French, East Germans and Russians during the height of the Cold War. They go overseas to do graduate studies, and feed vital information from University research programmes and commercial ventures back to Beijing. They also simply steal vital information from the many Wetern companies who have put their factories and businesses there. The host countries don't really say much about it, outside of diplomatic circles, as PRC owns so much foreign debt and so on.
Good luck to the authors who had their work stolen by her, but be mindful that it is deeply embedded in the PRC's culture, and will to economically and intellectually outgrow the rest of the World. Guerilla tactics will work best against this alleged thief. What if the authors collectively set up a website "in her honour," for example? I think her head would explode, by the sounds of things. Retribution indeed.
