很多小伙伴可能被小白的外形皮质手工制作折服，但是刚穿上的那一瞬间又被小白特有的“足弓支持”给震惊了。。。我也不例外，前一阵子入了一双semi-dress，总感觉右脚的足弓支持要稍稍高一点。昨天给White's Boots的售后发了一封邮件询问足弓支持的问题，下面是收到的回信。

White’s Signature Arch Ease Support does take some time to adjust to and will get better as the boot breaks-in. If you are still having thie issue after break-in, you can return the boots and we can make adjustments to the arch.
翻译过来就是：感谢您购买我们的靴子。小白的足弓支持确实需要一定时间的磨合，然后会变得越来越舒适。如果在一段时间的磨合之后您还是觉得有问题的话，您可以将靴子寄回给我们以做调整。
所以买了小白之后，觉得足弓支持反人类不舒服的小伙伴先不急着丧出了。。因为这个足弓支持是可以通过磨合来贴合你的脚的。我比较好奇为什么会这样，所以又继续去google做了一番调研。结果找到了White's Boots Customer Servive Manager，也就是小白公司的售后服务经理Rob Smith的一篇采访。原文链接在帖子最后。文中说道：“With the Arch Ease system, the arch is molded into the bottom of the boot with an all-leather shank...”意思就是小白的足弓支持其实是全部用皮革垫起来的。这也是为什么足弓支持通过磨合可以适应穿着者脚型的原因，因为一般的皮鞋的鞋骨都是金属的。
