As Marat has very little points to defend from now until Wimbledon (Munich doesn't count much as included in the total of smaller tournaments) - his ranking should stay in the 20's which means he will have automatic entry to the ATP 1000 tournaments (ex Masters series) and the Slams. Although he has gone out in the 3rd round at Indian Wells - he actually improved from 2008 where he went out in the 1st round!
