装tensorflow碰到问题了，求助。。

**了，我完全看不懂

我也遇到类似的问题，已经解决了。
距离你提出已经过去三天了，不知道对你还有没有用：
最主要的，请看你的ERROR最后一行：
Could not find 'cudart64_80.dll'. TensorFlow requires that this DLL be installed in a directory that is named in your %PATH% environment variable.
也就是说在你电脑系统变量的PATH路径下，找不到'cudart64_80.dll'这个文件。所以要么是你没有正确安装cuda8.0，要么是你没有把这个加入到path里边去。请自查一下。
至于我，是因为tensorflow1.4.0暂时只能使用cudnn v6，我直接安装了v7.。。（CUDA8.0，因为显卡驱动暂时支持不到下到的CUDA9.1版本）

如果您是在windows下，直接下载安装anaconda，然后搜索tensorflow，全部时间不超过半小时(网络足够好，不好使用清华大学的源)

如果您在linux下，请安装nvidia驱动，安装docker，安装nvidia-docker，然后下载tensorflow的镜像，基本也是30分钟以内搞定配置问题，非常简单好用

由于Python的碎片化问题，使用集成环境或者docker是你最可靠的伙伴
