How to make Static balance of the grinding wheel?
如何对砂轮进行静平衡？
1, first of all, balance the equalizer bar of the grinding wheel with horizontal level,
1、先把砂轮的平衡架用水平仪进行水平平衡，
Then,mount the grinding wheel on the mounting sleeve,
然后把砂轮装在砂轮的安装套上，
Fix special shafts for balancing grinding wheels in the mounting sleeve.
安装套的孔里穿上平衡砂轮专用的轴，
Arranged the balance shaft on the balance frame of the grinding wheel;
将砂轮的平衡轴架在砂轮平衡架上；
2. Remove all the balance pieces on the side of the grinding wheel mounting sleeve,
将砂轮安装套侧面安装的平衡块全部取下，
Then wait for the grinding wheel to stop itself,
然后等待砂轮自己能够停止转动停下来，
Mark the top of the grinding wheel with chalk or anything else.
在砂轮的最高点用粉笔或者任意其它的东西做一个记号。
3. Turn the wheel gently again,
重新把砂轮轻轻转动一下，
Then wait for the grinding wheel to stop again,
然后再等待砂轮再次静止的停下来，
See if the highest or lowest point is the same.
看看最高点或者最低点是否还是原先的那个点。
If it's still the original point,
如果还是原先的那个点的话，
Fit a balance block In the mounting groove of the mating block for the highest point,
就给最高点的配合块的安装槽里，装一个平衡块。
4. Turn the wheel again,
4、再次重新转动砂轮，
Look at the grinding wheel after the balance block is installed,
看看砂轮在安装了平衡块后，
Which point is the new highest point?
哪一个点又是新的最高点；
Then add second more balance blocks,
然后再加第二个平衡块，
Turn the wheel gently,
轻轻的转动砂轮，
Until the grinding wheel can stay anywhere,
直到砂轮可以停留在任意的地方时，
The balance of the grinding wheel is finished.
砂轮就算平衡完毕了。
