玻璃磨边需要经过多道工序。根据具体机床和加工要求不等。
1，先用金属结合剂的金刚石磨边轮磨，依次使用粗、中、细粒度。
2，然后用树脂结合剂的金刚石磨边轮磨成没有崩边的磨沙面。通常情况下，做到这里就可以用了。
3，如果对玻璃边缘有更高的要求。这要用到抛光轮，用氧化铁、氧化铈之类的低硬度的抛光磨料。
说明：
粗细粒度的特点，粗粒度磨削效率高，光洁度不好；细粒度光洁度好，效率不高。所以要先粗后细进行磨削。

【How to grind and polish glass edge】
If you grind and polish building glass, choose suitable glass edging machine.
Steps are as following.
1, Use metal bond diamond grinding wheel, grit will be rough first, then medium, then fine.
2, Resin bond diamond grinding wheel will have better result after step 1.
3, If you want the glass edge to be more smooth, use polishing wheel and polishing powder.
If you grind and polish by hand here is the method.
Take a piece of fine sandpaper and tear it into long strips. With a thumb and forefinger of each hand work the sandpaper back-and-forth across the rough edges.
Warning:
Do not put the sandpaper in the palm of your hand and use a long stroke up and down the glass, this will save you a trip to the hospital and stitches.
