Yeh, it was reported a while back that she had to ask their permission to use it after she 'ripped it off'. I can hear how it's similar (The chorus and mainly the hey hey hey bit) but - maybe I'm just a bit deaf - i wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't been pointed out and i dont see that its that much the same.

She’s a clever girl, that Lily Allen – she knows we’re gagging to hear her new album, so she keeps teasing us by posting new material on her MySpace page. The latest track she’s using to whet our appetites is called Who’d Of Known (who’d of known? Who’d of known? What are they teaching in schools these days?!) but Lily says it probably won’t be making it onto her album because “I ripped off the chorus from Take That and can’t be bothered with the paperwork”. It’s true that the song does have a touch of the Shine about it, but there’s nothing wrong with that. But what do you think of the track (click here for a listen) – are you excited about hearing more new stuff from Lil?
