There's no way that's real.
Reasons:
1. Current Pandora Batteries don't affect the 3000, it acts as a normal battery.
2. The 3000 doesn't recognize current IPL's for DC.
It's probably a 2000 in a 3000 shell

2、3000根本不认直流电的通用IPL
