No. Every USB Rubber Ducky has a Firmware installed onto the Chip itself. The Firmware is what makes the USB Rubber Ducky being detected as a HID (Keyboard).
Have a look at the Wiki as stated in my previous post. There you can find information about flashing a new firmware onto the USB Rubber Ducky.
The TwinDuck Firmware makes it so that the USB Rubber Ducky is detected as a HID(Keyboard) and as a USB Storage Devicesimultaneously so that you can access your SDCard while the Rubber Ducky is plugged in and start Programs from it.
