No new mutators or challenges added, but holy moly, both Dehaka and Fenix have new Commander Data Entries that weren't there previously. Doesn't seem to be much there yet, but I am still looking. This is confirmation that they must be in the works, by now!
Fenix has more info done for him in the data. He has script for his Coop Dialogue. Here is an example of a line he says for a holdout mission, and some other examples.
"The Purifiers stand in defense."
"None can stand against the Purifiers."
"We shall stand eternal!"
"The Purifiers serve with honor and distinction."
"Another victory for the Purifiers."
He's Purifier Fenix/Talandar. There isn't much else, but I found more stuff in the UI data. He has top bar abilities, as well as a hero unit health, shield, and energy bars. This means he is either a Hero Unit Commander, or he can be deployed temporarily as a Calldown power. Can't tell for sure as of now.
It seems a Fenix Announcer is also in the works. He has script ready, but no actual voice files yet.
"Your creep tumor is being purified."
"Your shameful nuclear weapon is primed."
"The cowards have attacked our probes!"

但是不可能仅仅是为了皮肤上线也这么早出新版本。所以我怀疑他可能没找到？而且突变的剩余时间的指向性也很明显。

菲尼克斯说是有顶部技能条和英雄血量护盾魔法值，所以可能是作为英雄单位指挥官出场也可能是只能临时部署到战场一段时间。。

为啥要等外国佬找出来，地精研究院那次更新不是个底朝天
