我还想说盟友可不可以组合成为一个联邦制国家，拥有可不可以进行领地等值代换，用领地加上一些金钱，跟盟友进行领地交换，弄的到处都是飞地有时候心情不是太好，这对爱于保持完整的我来说是个不小得折磨

我觉得可以不用地区，在进攻时可以自己划定一个区域，然后部队进攻你想要的地区，那个地区的守军是地越大人越多

建议在一些古代史的mod里面，可以增加中立地区的兵力数量，比如十万左右，这样就不会扩张的非常快了，开发一些荒凉的地块需要很大的投资
