I joined the Christmas activity of thisgame during 23/12/2015 to 26/12/2015. The other order no. are XXXXXXXX（这里填的是订单号，因为我那周冲了不止一次所以都写出来了）. The reason I want to get the refund is I spent about XXX（这里填花了多少钱） to buy a character during theactivity but just after the holiday the software vendor MU77 changed thischaracter’s performance in the game. I feel I was fooled by them. I tried tocontact them but failed. I was so disappointed and want to refund. Thank you!
