gcs log flush sync 平均等待时间是3 ms
但是以下时间却非常高，
Avg global cache cr block flush time (ms): 905.3 Avg global cache current block flush time (ms): 1,273.2
我的理解是gcs log flush sync 的等待时间应该和平均cr/current block flush time应该是一直的
为何差异这么大呢
