Assist in developing EVE Online further and increase the service quality for CCP's customers

Required Experience/Skills 技能需求
Excellent written English (CET-6) or equivalent level

Operating knowledge of computers is essential

An interest in video games is definitely a plus

EVE Online playing experience helps, but is not required
优先考虑EVE Online玩家（世界服/国服均可）
FPS game experience also helps, not required either

Our support center operates 24/7 all year round, and the work entails working in shifts over which the employee has a fair degree of control
工作涉及轮班，但是有相当的自主权
The employee would be expected to work approx. every other weekend or by agreement
每周工作五天，通常其中一天会在周末（具体安排可能会调整）
Punctuality, a strong work ethic and a mature outlook is a must
