第十章：承诺.上『该章是笔记专场』
死亡笔记原本是一本普通的羊皮笔记本，它的诞生是一个美丽的意外。
“小主人，你在干什么呢？”笔记看着小男孩在那里写字。
“写字。瞬，你为什么不好好待着。”小男孩唤着笔记的名字。
瞬说：“不要。我喜欢到处飞。”
“那我答应瞬，我写完字，我就和瞬一起玩。不过，瞬你必须好好呆着。”小男孩放下毛笔说。笔记妥协了，因为它实在是太无聊了。
男孩伸展胳膊，快要睡着的笔记抬起头：“小主人，陪我玩吧。”
“我可没忘，这是我对瞬的承诺呢。”小男孩笑着。
回忆结束
“小主人，你给我的承诺，什么时候才能兑现？”笔记望着黑压压的天空，要下雨了。
笔记轻轻唱起那首每每在梦里回荡起来的歌谣
