In the literature research of concrete pump，this paper mainly aims at the development history of concrete pump at home and abroad and the development prospect of concrete pump through sorting and summarizing the content of the relevant scholars literature.
随着近年来混凝土工程建设项目越来越多，混凝土泵在现代大型混凝土工程建设中的地位变得越来越重要。混凝土泵在建筑施工中被广泛的使用，并全面替代了料斗等传统的混凝土运输工具。此论文通过对泵送系统的各个部件的详细组成进行介绍，并对液压系统的方案进行了原理解释，并结根据系统参数要求对液压系统的关键元器件进行了计算选型，进而完成对PC90车载式混凝土泵液压系统的设计。
With increasing of the construction projects in recent years,concrete pump is becoming more and more important in modern large concrete construction project. truck-mounted concrete pump are widely used in the construction projects, and fully replace the traditional tools of concrete transportation such as hopper. This paper completes the hydraulic system design of PC90 truck-mounted concrete pump through introducing constituent part of the concrete pumping system, explaining the principle of hydraulic system and according to system parameter to calculate and select the key components of hydraulic system.
