This is a terrain  setup guide that helps you to modify your DotA terrain  into Lordaeron Summer.

File Combination for play dota in Lordaeron Summer terrain is made By yuanzhu

 

steps:

download  winmpq latest version 1.64. Maybe you have it~

You may need  Visual Basic 4 runtime files (866 KB) if your winmpq doesn't run correctly. Put the dll file into your winmpq folder.

Download the lordaeron summer patch files for dota here

there are 8 terrain combinations available. I recommand the Ver8 combo and it's the final version that I think it's pretty cool.

And now I only released ver8.

How to deal with the terrain files?

download it first,

Open it only  with extract software and you will get 2 folders. they are "ReplaceableTextures" and "TerrainArt",

Open war3patch.mpq with winmpq. "war3patch.mpq" lies in the folder root of your warcraft3

only drag the two folders ("ReplaceableTextures" and "TerrainArt") into the winmpq window and click ok.

then enjoy dota in Lordaeron Summer.You can close all the windows that you just used.

 

To remove lordaeron summer terrain in dota， only open war3patch.mpq in winmpq and delete these files with its name started with "ReplaceableTextures" and "TerrainArt"
