It’s no doubt that this phenomenon exactly existed in a great mount of places,especially in some coastal cities like shanghai,guangzhou,shenzhen and so forth.Several factors accounted for this situation.At first,more labor have poured into hugely important cities gave rise to intensify fierce competition in working position,which broke down balance in labor market.The employers who didn’t worry about a employee’s leaving will affect the efficient of his own company can prolong staff’s working time according to his own thought and needs randomly.From a statistic of job seeker in several cities,at least three to five people competed a job averagely.Furthermore,a new research has shown that a lot of local governments haven’t made laws relating to limiting labor’s working time and protecting people’s rights of resting,that aggravated this phenomenon.
