Taeyang successfully completes 2015 solo world tour, “RISE”
After completing 24 concerts in 18 different locations, BIGBANG‘s Taeyang has successfully completed his 2015 world tour RISE with his last performance in Taipei, Taiwan on March 1st.
Taeyang expressed nostalgia as he wrote, “The journey has ended,” on his personal Instagram account while revealing a photo with the audience and fellow RISE dancers from his concert in Taipei.
He originally started his tour in August of 2014 in Osaka, Japan, and since then has performed in seven additional locations in Japan such as Yokohama, Kobe, Fukuoka, Hamamatsu, Tokyo, Yokohama and Osaka. The vocalist also performed in Seoul, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok and Taipei.
Taeyang caught VIP’s attention as he released his second solo album RISE on June 2, 2014 after releasing his first solo album Solar on July 1, 2010. Since his return as a soloist, he has released the music videos for the tracks “Eyes, Noses, Lips,” “1AM,” and “Ringa Linga.”
With the completion of his solo world tour, Taeyang will no doubt be returning to Korea to join the rest of the BIGBANG members as they work hard to complete their next album for a comeback this year.

BigBang Taeyang finished his first solo world tour "RISE" successfully.
He started with tour in Japan last August, continued in Korea, China, Thailand, and other countries, then ended tour in Taipei, Taiwan, on March. His tour in 18 cities in 8 countries he drew total of 117,400 in audience, showing off his popularity as solo artist.
Local fans in different countries reacted enthusiastically to his powerful performance and outstanding vocal talent not as BigBang member, but as solo artist.
Especially at the concert in Taiwan on March 1, as it was the last one for this tour, he filled it with many different events and live stages, and made unforgettable memories with fans.
For encore stage, he performed "Take it slow" and a few other songs that fans wanted to hear live but were not on the set list, and had special time.
He usually gave hats and shoes to fans who come to his concert but at the last concert, he even gave away the t-shirt he was wearing and took a photo with the band and fans who came.
Taeyang will now be concentrating on BigBang's new album for their comeback in 3 years.

SEOUL, (PRLM).- Taeyang memulai tur pada bulan Agustus 2014 di Osaka, Jepang, dan sejak itu telah tampil di tujuh tempat tambahan di Jepang seperti Yokohama, Kobe, Fukuoka, Hamamatsu, Tokyo, Yokohama dan Osaka.
Dia kemudian juga tampil di berbagai kota di Asia yaitu Seoul, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Singapura, Jakarta, Bangkok dan Taipei.

[조이뉴스24=이미영기자]BIGBANG’s TAEYANG finished his first exclusive world tour “RISE” in a huge success.
Starting from Japan in August, TAEYANG moved on to Korea, China, and Thailand, and reached Taiwan on March 1. Traveling across 8 countries and 18 cities, he was joined by 117,400 fans, proving his borderless popularity as a solo singer.
Fans were exhilarated by TAEYANG’s incredible and powerful performance in singing and dancing as a solo artist, not as a member of BIGBANG this time
The Taiwan concert that marked the end of his tour was filled with various events and live performances, giving the fans an unforgettable memory.
TAEYANG was in TPEC Gymnasium at 5pm on the day for his last concert. His performance and live singing was evermore solidified after accumulated experience from his previous concerts, leaving the fans in awe. He sang a total of 20 songs, including “BODY” from his 2nd album and “SUPER STAR,” MOVE” and “YOU’RE MY,” touching all genres from groovy to sentimental. Not a minute went passed without excitement during the entire concert.
As this was the last one, TAEYANG showcased “TAKE IT SLOW,” which was the song fans desperately wanted to hear live. He made the concert even more special by adding songs that were not on the list in the original plan.
Usually TAEYANG would gift his cap and shoes as a gift, but this day he took off his shirt for the fans. With the fans in the background he even took a group shot with his band. He indeed was sad to part with the fans.
Now TAEYANG will be gearing up for BIGBANG’s new album that will be released for the first time in 3 long years.
