4、在繁忙的工作中能够保持良好的工作状态，有一定的抗压能力。
5、有国际课程如IB/AP/A-LEVEL等教育经验且教学成绩优异者优先考虑。有资质、证书者优先考虑（如ACCA证书）。
6、有良好的师德，心理健康、个性开朗，无不良的品行记录。
7、善于与同事沟通，也善于与学生、家长沟通。
8、能够积极融入学校环境，为学校教研活动、学生活动贡献自己的智慧、力量。
9、胜任多学科教学者优先考虑。
10、入职后仍需自我进修，不断主动提高指导学生的教育教学能力，可能安排跨学科教学。
11、跨学科综合课程和课外活动教师要求执教者具有人文类或科技类多学科综合能力。对于综合能力很强的课外活动指导教师，语言要求可以放宽到中英双语。
