能把句子打好打完整吗？

上门说错了，不是形式主语，是独立主格结构

sorry，前面句子漏了个in

It presented (in satirical terms) points (略去了 that/which were) made (in earnest) by Catholic writers.
---> It presented points（重点）made by Catholic writers.

有时候就是因为把语法用得太死，所以写作并不自然。就以你这一句为例：
i hit you in very heavy pounch that made you hurt
你是想说 punch（一拳）而不是 “pounch” 吧？我会说 I gave you a punch and hurt you. 或者 I gave you a punch that hurt you.
把 in satirical terms 放在那个位置，一方面是因为 points 后面有 made in earnest。。。，如果写了 points in satirical terms made in earnest。。。就会改变了意思，另外一方面也可以说是突出了 in satirical terms。
