Due to product maintenance, I had a business travel to NW pt of Sichun,China, bordering Tibet, in Oct. 07. There're lots of Tibetans. A taxi driver can speak Tibetan language & talk to Tibetans directly. I was surprised because he didn't look like a young Tibetan. I was curiously asking him how he learned it. He told me he was born there & was taught the Tibet language at elementary school. Now it's most likely Dalai Lama is a liar on "cultural genocide".
