Problem: Yoursupervisor at HaveMore Electronics wants you to create reports and formscombining data from the Outlets and Sales Rep tables using the techniqueslearned in Chapter 4.
Instructions: Using the fileHaveMore_Electronics_Part3database file provided by yourinstructor, execute the following tasks:
1. Open theSales Rep report. Group the report by Job Type and sort by Full Name within JobType. Include totals for Quota and YTD Sales for each grouping. Save the reportas Sales Rep Revised. The report should look similar to that shown in FigureA4A-1.
2. Save thisreport and take a print screen of the report (Saved as PDF or One Note).
3. Create the SalesRep by Outlet report as shown in Figure A4A – 2. You will need to use both theSales Rep and Outlets tables. Include a total for the YTD Sales field.
4. Change the orientation to landscape. Make sure the total control displays completely.(Hint: Use Layout view to make this adjustment).
5. Make a printscreen or a PDF print of the report.
6. Create the SalesRepresentatives form shown in Figure A4A – 3 for the Sales Rep table using theForm wizard. Include the date in the form.
7. Save theforms and close HaveMore_Electronics_Part3database file.
