INVITATION TO TENDER TO A NATIONAL ANDINTERNATIONAL
COMPETITION

(Mode of tender in two (02) stages)
1. The Sonatrach Company, LRP Activity, ComplexGL2Z BP-166 Béthioua issues a National and International invitation to tenderfor :
Supply , supervision of the installation andcommissioning of two (02) batteries of air dryers type 'open loop circuit'(item 2020 L / LA) with their pre-filters (item 2020 L1/LA1) and post filters (item2020 L2/LA2)
2. The Tender Documents can be withdrawn to thefollowing address: "
Sonatrach/ LRP Activity, Complex GL2Z Bp-166Bethioua " At the latest 60 days from the publication of this notice onBAOSEM by any interested candidate, against surrender of attorney withdrawingTender Dossier for persons authorized, a copy of the trade register and apayment justification of a nonrefundable amount of 7,000.00 Algerian dinars forthe Algerian company and 100.00 Euros for foreign companies (out of expensesbank), account SONATRACH COMPLEX GL2Z No. 00 2000 70 700 41 602 41-30 AgencyBEA ARZEW SITE. The payment justification must indicate the name of the companywishing to withdraw he Tender file. SWIFT : BEXADZALA070
3. The mode of tender in two (02) stages appliesto the present Invitation to tender.
4. The technical offers, without any indicationof price must be given to the following address" Sonatrach/ LRP Activity,Complex GL2Z Bp-166 Bethioua at the latest 60 days from the publication of thisnotice on BAOSEM.
5. Bidders whose technical proposals weredeclared compliant, will be invited to submit a financial offer. The folds inthe title of the first step will be opened in the presence of therepresentative (s) of the tenderers wishing to do so, at the opening sessionwhich will take place at the address specified. The date and time will beindicated on the invitation that will be sent to all bidders who have withdrawnthe tender file.
6. The technical offers are supplied with aguarantee of offer of 3.451.500,00 Algerian Dinars for the local tenderers and27.900,00 EURO for the foreign tenderers of which the period of validity isequal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A hundred andeighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers, accompanied withan additional time of (30) days calendar.
7. The folds related to the second stage will beopen in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it at themeeting of opening which will take place in Complex GL2Z. The date and timewill be indicated on the invitation that will be sent to bidders whosetechnical tender was considered to be consistent with the requirements of thetender dossier.
8. The tenderers will remain committed by theiroffer for One hundred eighty (180) days duration calendar starting from thehandover date of the offers.
