第一次海淘，11号在jomashop上下单，当时预扣款161刀，等啊等，10天后终于发货。20号发货的时候银行短信通知我扣款161刀，这是第二次扣款，22号的时候已入账。我知道第一次是预扣款，然后没在意。结果24号就昨天早上银行又短信通知扣款161刀，虽然第一次和昨天这次都未入账，但都发货了帐都入了你又来扣我一次是几个意思？于是电话银行，暂时把卡冻结了。从24号上午开始发邮件，由于前几次经验，知道北京时间的白天发邮件是无效的，但捉急啊。于是等到晚上11点，又发邮件，发了4封，12点回了。回复如下：We only charged you once for your order on June 20th. The first transaction that you see was just the authorization.逗呢，我问你第三次是为啥，你就这么回答？贴下我的邮件：hello,my order number is XXXXXX,the two watches were shipped on june 20th.
i cancelled the order 4 days ago,but i reinstate the order just few hours later.
now the quesqion is that the bank sent me a message that the bank
charges 161.5 when i first buy the 2 watches on june 11th,then it sent me a message
that it charges 161.5 when the 2watches were shipped on june 20th.
this morning the bank sends me a message it charges 161.5 again.
SO far the bank has charged the order for 3 times.
i phoned the bank,they tell me to ask you if you do anything wrong.

i know The first transaction was just the authorization,but the bank sent me a message that it charged 161.5 just about 14 hours ago,but as you know ,the order was shipped 4 days ago.i dont understand why the order was charged for the third time,especially after the order was shipped. thank u
然后就没然后了，等了1个多小时，没回复。这是什么节奏，难道是因为英语水平有问题被忽略了？
