If Korea bribes officials, which happens all the time in Korea, they might even win the World Cup. Korea is clearly the best country in terms of intelligience, wealth, sports, attractiveness, etc., etc., etc. Only when they are cheated do they not win these categories. Korea will rule the world when Japan, China, USA, Russia, Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Canada, Belgium, all African nations, all South American nations, all nations period, step aside.

It's funny how ppl pass judgments without any real background knowledge or evidence. You choose to stereotype and label an entire culture/nation as cheaters for what?? Even if they bribed officials, how the #$%$.k. would you know?? Since you claimed in your previous comment that you are currently living in Korea, I am gonna guess that you are a #$%$ who couldn't find a real job in your own #$%$ country and decided to make a living out of teaching your elementary level English in Korea. And since you are stuck in a foreign country, socially isolated, you are a grumpy little loser who decides to bash your hosting nation. Now that is PATHETIC. How's that for passing judgment?
