Serebro (Russian: Серебро, Silver) are a Russian trio, who finished third in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki with the song "Song #1". The band was formed by Max Fadeev, a prominent Russian producer.
The singers are:
* Elena Temnikova, lead singer. Born on the 18th of April 1985 in the town of Kurgan. In 2003 she took part in "Star Factory" project on Channel One (Russia).
* Olga Seryabkina, backing singer/dancer. Born on the 12th of April, 1985 in Moscow. Since 7 she began to study ballet dance. At the age of 17 she got the rank of the candidate to the master of sports. She took part in many international competitions. Olga graduated the Art School, "estrada/pop singing" department. In 2006 she got the higher education diploma on specialization "Translation and Entrepreneurship".
* Marina Lizorkina, backing singer/dancer. She was born on the 9th of June 1983. and is the oldest member of the group. She's the ex-vocalist of "Formula" band, performed in soundtrack to "Obrechyonnaya stat zvezdoy" series.

Serebro received third place at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007, with 207 points.

Soon after the Eurovision, Serebro released "Song #1" as a single, which contained 13 different versions of "Song #1", as well as an extended version of the video. Their debut album is expected in autumn 2007 and will feature the second single, "Song #2 (Dyshi)" ("Breathe"). The band has stated that there will be songs in both Russian and English. Serebro's third song is called "Song #3 (What's Your Problem?)" and it leaked on the internet on October, 5.

Serebro won a World Music Award in 2007 for the best selling Russia artist. Unlike previous eastern European winners of a World Music Award (e.g. Ruslana from Ukraine in 2004 and Dima Bilan for Russia in 2006), Serebro did not perform at the event.
They also won an MTV Russian Music Award in 2007 for "Mejor Debut" which translates in English as "Best Newcomer".
