If you want to be a citizen of this country, you must：
1.You must be able to communicate in english.
2.Each week you have at least 4 hours of online time.
3.You can't be a racist, because this is a multi racial country.
4.You must abide by the law of the Starland.
5.You must respect the human rights.
If you are willing to accept these terms, you may apply to join Starland nationality.
