Hi, i’m Jack, i have bought a air-conditioner from your company last month, since i begin to use this machine, many problems occurred , such as too slow to be cold, big noise when working and something like that, my life has been troubled severely, my son cannot focus on his study, all of us could’t get to sleep because of the noise, if i turn off the air-conditioner, it is too hot to sleep. I’m almost crazy about this machine.
Please help deal with those problems as soon as possible, or i’ll prepare to return it. Hope receiving your hand soonly, thanks!
