单位买了联想的超级本 thinkpad s230u，但系统是8.1，很多门禁软件，刷卡软件都不兼容。我想把它换回WIN7，格了硬盘，因为这机子没有光驱，我是用U盘启动。然后用PE弄了一个WIN7系统到C盘，接着发现引导失败，然后又进PE进行C盘引导修复，结果还是不行。变成了上面的界面，我是计算机小白，求大神讲解接下来怎么办。
