I am a loyal Dota2 player from China. I played the games under the PerfectWorld China server.
I met a refund issue which the local game agent is not able to handle.
Due to the top up UI is not clear and filling number slot is too small,
I topped up account ¥2,000 by mistakes rather than the amount ¥300which I want to.
Ilooked up the dota 2 China store purchase policy.
I cannot find any purchase condition statement about this case.
Later, I called and requested Dota2 China support, Perfect World (the gameagent) for partial refund.
They said they are not able to get me refunded due to the Dota2 store of thePerfect World is unique; they have to pay Valve a certain amount of commissionfor any customer purchases through China store. They don't know which conditionshould be applied on these money which they have paid Valve.
In addition, the China Dota 2 store was just established. Such a refund issuethey never met before and, hence they cannot give me a feasible solution onthis case.
So they suggested me asking Valve steam support for help.
I can provide all the proof of purchase and my personal information.
I sincerely hope that Valve, Perfect World China could help on this case.
