求助，a大的app包里哪个是国际键盘

因为我要去沙特。所以急需阿拉伯语输入法，国际键盘里就有但a大的ROM 给精简了。后来在他发的app包里也找不到国际键盘～谁能给我个你们提取的～～

Arabic language is still hidden in all countries :(

I bought Xperia Z from UK, and I couldn't find Arabic interface in settings. However I can read and write Arabic, but I need Arabic interface, so I contacted Xperia care "UAE".
They told me to download app from play store called "morelocal" to get Arabic interface, but that app will not work on android 4.2 and 4.3 without ROOT!
Then I try to flash Middle East firmware via flashtool. Ok I got the Arabic interface. But when I flashed Spain, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, and Nordic, I could not find Arabic interface.
After that I found this line on in the file build.prop inside the system:
# Default values/Locales for hiding languages feature ro.product.local.excluded=ar_EG ar_IL fa_IR iw_IL
This indicates that the Arabic language is deliberately hidden in all countries of the world except the Middle East and North Africa.
So, why this behavior for Arabic language by a large company like Sony?
Do not you realize the value of the Arabic language?
Why other language like Spain and Germany did not hidden on Middle East firmware or other firmware?
