我年初递交的申请 所有寄送成绩单什么的材料DHL也显示签收了 托福成绩也早就寄送了
可是application status还是显示：
Our records show that your application is currently incomplete.
Your application will be complete upon receipt of the following required materials:
High school transcript needed.
College transcript(s) needed.
We have either not received proof of English proficiency, or the test scores we received are below our minimum requirement.
求助大家我需要给admission office发email催一下么？怎么说好呢。。。
