“Which one would you prefer, coffee or tea?” This is a question often asked to customers. Many western people would choose coffee, while Chinese people would choose tea. According to history, having discovered tea 500 years ago, a Chinese emperor used it to cure pain. Tea houses were all over the country in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Having spread to Japan in 6th centuries, tea came to Europe and America until around 17 or 18 centuries. Nowadays, tea has become one of the most popular beverages in the world.
