Contacting Customer Service In-Game
If are a subscriber and you’d like to contact the Star Wars: The Old Republic Customer Service team in-game, you can do so by submitting a ticket using our In-Game ticketing system. To submit a ticket, simply click on the Customer Service Help Request icon (?) at the top of the screen, or press [Control ]and [/]. This brings up the in-game Customer Service Help Center, which you can use to search for a solution to your issue or submit a ticket to the Star Wars: The Old Republic Customer Service team. Click on the “Request Help” tab at the bottom of the screen, and then select “Create Ticket”. Select a category and then type your issue into the “Description” box. The Help Center will then search for any relevant help articles, and list them in the window. If the listed articles do not help, or there are none available, press “Submit Ticket” to send your ticket to Customer Service. A Customer Service representative will contact you as quickly as possible, either via In-Game chat or email
