It's my first day in this group and I'm glad to see so many people are keen on learning English. From my expierence of staying overseas for last couple years, here are some advices for oral English.

First of all, don't stuggle about the pronunciation btw American English n British English.
It will be quite helpful in a LISTENING test if u know the difference, but not for oral English.
Just think about the Latino and Indian. Would their pronunciatoin 100% correct?
        I seriously doubt it.
But if u r preparing a test like IELTS, u have to keep the consistancy and don't mix up them with each other during the test.

Secondly, calm down and be confident.
Don't try to make a perfect sentence before u say it. Just keep speaking whatever come to ur mind. But do remember, slow down and make your words loud and clear.
It won't hurt even u spell or say it wrong.
However, if u are too afrid to say something wrong, trust me, u will make mistakes.
English is a language for people to communicate, not a tool. It's noting official. As long as people who u are talking to get what u mean, u are a good English speaker.
So just relax and slow down when you speak English, I'm sure u will enjoy yourself speaking English.

Final and the most important one, keep practising. There's no shortcut.
I know it's kind of hard in a Chinese-speaking environment.
But just give yourself one hour or maybe half and hour each day, talk to yourself in English.
Since the logic in English is totally different frome the one in Chinese, you have to practise more N make youslef get used to it.
If you can constantly give youself this small amount of time speaking English, u'll be alright.
