今天上班后打开公司邮箱看到一封未读邮件（带附件），是7号晚上22点多发的，本人英文水平不太好，看的一知半解，只知道它让我下载附件什么的担心是骗子邮件，希望友爱的吧友帮我看看到底怎么回事
邮件内容如下：

At your earliest convenience, please advise how this request is to be funded. Thanks.
