IT Specialist – Java/Web Developer and Support
In ASEAN BP reporting project, especially the ISRA team, it composition of the US team, Australia team and China team,
and we work in the different time zoon, so in daily work, I actively communicated the requirement and the work status with them
via mail, and taken some OT when there has critical problem in the project.
I actively shared my concern and suggestion about the requirement to the my leader, and helped the joiner ISRA developers of Argentina to resolve the technical problem they met. I consulted the ISRA product developer and discuss the feasibility for the special requirement in our project.
As a developer, I understood the importance of the ownership and personal responsibility, especially in a cross-country development team.
During the ISRA application development phase, my responsibility was implementing SORSB application between Gateway and XDSR servers; I finished my task with accredited quality before the deadline. Except did my own task, I actively provided the support for UAT team, and help my leader with some tasks.
In order to convenience for the communication with my leader and team members, I actively work over time in the critical development phase.

Business Partner Reporting
Sales Out Report Service Bus (SORSB) Team
Project Description:
The Sales Out Reporting Service Bus(SORSB) project is designed to facilitate business partners located in China,HK,TW,MO,ASEAN and ANZ countries to report their products sale out status to IBM.
Contribution:
1. Develop the SORSB Application as the requirement and the shell scripts to call the application,
2. Prepare the new properties and config files for SORSB,
3. Coordinate the UT test cases and carry out the test cases,
4. Fix the defects found in the UT test,
5. Create some documents to help the user to use the application,
6. Assisting the application to do the UAT test,
7. Fix the defects found in the UAT test,
8. Do two PCR tasks about SORSB update, prepare the SORSB update deployment guide doc and maintain the SORSB,
9. Support the eMariner to do some V17 html page changes.
