Honourable Guests, Good Morning,
Today, given the frantic and constantly accelerating of life, the widespread addiction to to-do lists and the expectations for one's future goals; let alone examine one's life! That may not quite make it 'not worth living', but it does make life less rich, less rewarding, and, in the final analysis, less productive!
Well, I have to admit that i was rather amazed by how broadly fitness is now defined this century. What is fitness? It's not just about working out at Clubs anymore. It has also to do with how you eat, sleep and live... it should be a part of everyone's life!
That is why I had this dream to build a world-class fitness club that allows Bruneians to enjoy the intrinsic rewards of changing one's lives through fitness. That's why I had a great passion for this job as much as today as I did when I was just starting out.
Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the quality of one's life!
Last but not least, I built my first Fitness Zone near 4 years ago with lots of hard workand determination... I would ike to that all our members who take such good care of your health and all the support they have given to Fitness Zone and most importantly, my whole team at Fitness Zone! Now that we have our second branch, I can proudly say FITNESS is really booming in Brunei! (more)
