在招的质量工程师工作地点在珠海，有出差的机会。
其工作主要集中于镍镉蓄电池方面。主要工作内容是：1、电池装配（电池从法国进口，需要在珠海进行焊接组装）；2、出货质量检验；3、工厂批量生产后，定期进行质量检查。 公司对这个职位的要求是：1、取得IWE（欧标国际焊接工程师）资格认证；2、目前正从事质量管控方面的工作（如果曾经从事过，也希望间隔不要超过六个月）；3、针对英语，要求有比较优秀的读写能力，口语要求其次。4、希望候选人目前工作生活地点在珠三角附近。职位的月薪在10K左右。

Position Title: Quality Engineer
Supervisor Title: IBG Project Manager
Purpose: To be responsible for IBG new project quality activities, including: project quality planning & control, quality procedure definition for mass production, FAI to supplier, FAI from customer, plant audit from customer, support as a specialist for quality complain.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Electricity / Mechanic / Welding engineering background with college diploma or above
Experience:
At least 3 year working experience in quality assurance in manufacturing environment
Specific knowledge:
Good knowledge in project quality, welding experience, quality tool such as SPC, 8D, MSA, FEMA. Fluent English in reading & writing. Good communication skills with suppliers and customers on product / component assurance. Welding knowledge class B or C following EN15085.

Job Description:

Quality control & monitor in project to supplier and from customer;
New project quality procedure definition when customer required.
2.Quality procedure definition for mass production
Creating the quality control procedure & WIS for mass production;
Training to implement in mass production.
3.FAI & customer plant audit
Prepare & organize the FAI to supplier and the FAI from customer;
Prepare & coordinate the customer plant audit;
Organize & coordinate when new quality certificate requirement from customer.
4.Welding conformity
Approve the drawings and the welding book from supplier and process;
Training the Zhuhai team on welding constraints.
5.Support as a specialist for IBG quality issues
Consult as a specialist for IBG product quality from customer & to suppliers.
