体育歌曲也不断的在电视上热播，歌曲都是激情的、澎湃的。我印象中比较深的有98世界杯的主题歌《The Cup Of Life》，还有90年意大利世界杯的《UN'ESTATE ITALIANA》。再有就是那首人人都熟悉的《ole-ole》。
不知道从什么时候，一首老歌在中国开始流行，电视上经常能够听到皇后乐队的《We are the Champions》，这首歌确实够激情。从字面上来看《我们是冠军》，也非常具有体育精神。激扬的摇滚乐，高亢的嗓音，也符合体育的精神。于是这首歌在体育节目中大热播出。
但是……其实这首歌原本不是体育歌曲，而是一首宣扬同性恋的歌曲，呵呵。
这首歌是身为同性恋的皇后乐队主唱Freddie Mercury为鼓吹同性恋而作的，鼓励同性恋者们不断奋斗，以获得最后的胜利。不管同性恋者如何看待这首歌曲，它却几乎立刻成为了最流行的体育歌曲之一，大众认为这首歌曲极好地体现了体育精神和对胜利者的颂扬．
