本人年前2013年1月2日经朋友介绍在UBE签了代理，后来客户入金炒作，因为该客户是老手，故在一个月炒作了400多手，于是我专程去了北京UBE服务点“北京市朝阳区旺座中心西塔906室”见了何金和高兵两位经理，此两人拍胸脯保证资金结对安全，没多久，客户的3万美金炒成了6万美金，于是UBE当晚恶意滑了8个点，将该客户资金拉爆仓，此后本月15日，UBE迟迟不发给我对账单，在我不断催北京和其新加坡总部之后收到了一封邮件，一下为邮件内容（收到邮件之后北京服务点的所有电话再打不通）：
客户HongYong Shi (302303),
您好，您作为UBE的中介代理介绍的客户80%以上本金亏损率均为50%以上的情况，UBEforex将取消您中介代理商的资格，并扣除所有佣金所得。
请参照<中介代理人合约>13.3 notice关于介绍经纪商资格通告
(c) If the client account in case of loss, UBEforex introducing broker requirements customers on the fees charged by the customer can not exceed a maximum net income payments 50% (UBEforex provides dealers IB by the right balance of net commission income in excess of 50% of the parts of gold.), UBEforex to introduce economic business customers by the loss rate of the principal amount shall not exceed 50%, if the signing of the agreement its introduction more than 80% of customer loss rates of the principal amount of more than 50% of the cases, UBEforex will be introduced to cancel the broker qualification.
若客户帐户在亏损的情况下，UBEforex规定中介代理商在该客户上收取的佣金最多不能超过该客户净入金的50%（UBEforex规定，交易商有权平衡IB所获得佣金超出净入金50%的部分），UBEforex要中介代理商所提交的客户本金亏损率不得高於
50%，若中介代理介绍的客户80%以上本金亏损率均为50%以上的情况，UBEforex将取消该中介代理商的资格。
