Why Wonderland?
According to Adam, he and the writers got really excited about possibilities after exploring Wonderland in Season 1 with the Mad Hatter (Sebastian Stan). He and Eddy both felt it was a world they couldn’t be crammed into one or two episodes.
“If you’ve never seen Once, it’s its own world with its own characters,” Adam said. As for what the series is all about, well, in keeping with the familiar theme of True Love, Adam and Eddy said they wanted to do a very limited story about Alice’s search to find her lost love.
“[Wonderland] is going to be very limited with a beginning, middle, and end,” Adam said.
