岗位职责:
* 协助公司软硬件的升级和维护。配置审核系统架构以满足系统服务和性能需求
* 监测维护系统以保证服务和性能需求,保证足够的容量能够满足承载量的需求,为改进服务环境提供建议
* 解决技术问题并为突发事件撰写报告,分析原因,提供防范建议。对管理人员安排的突发事件,能及时处理并报告更新
技能要求:
* 熟悉EMC, NetApp, 或IBM(DDN)等硬件,熟悉EMC Management Suite, NetApp Management Suite 及或NSB (NetApp Syncsort Backup)等基于存储及备份平台的软件。
* 熟悉EMC, NetApp, IBM (DDN)等运行的行业标准工具的架构和管理
* 掌握一定的网络,客户服务器,大型机,存储,Linux, Unix及Messaging技术
任职资格:
* 具有计算机科学,信息科学或相关专业学士学位,或等同的工作经验
* 具有3-5年大型企业系统安装,监测和软硬件故障排除及多级环境应用经验。
* 具有系统灾难恢复经验
* 具有国际服务环境经验
* 流利的英语听说读写能力
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with hardware and software upgrades and maintenance. Configuring and verifying the system configuration as necessary to support the agreed upon availability and performance requirements.
· Collect appropriate metrics to monitor systems to maintain availability and performance requirements, and to verify adequate capacity exists to meet anticipated workload requirements, make recommendations to improve the environment as necessary.
· Resolve technical incident reports, and provide root cause analysis for incident reports, make recommendations to prevent future occurrences, providing descriptive and timely updates for all assigned incidents to appropriate management staff.
Specific Job Knowledge
· Familiarity of the hardware (EMC, NetApp, or IBM (DDN)) and software (EMC Management Suite, NetApp Management Suite, and/or NSB (NetApp Syncsort Backup)) used for an enterprise Storage and Backup platform.
· Familiarity of the configuration and administration of enterprise storage platform such as EMC, NetApp, IBM (DDN) using industry standard tools.
· Some knowledge of Network, Client Server, Mainframe, Storage, Linux, UNIX and Messaging technologies.
Qualifications
· Bachelors’ degree required in Computer Science, Information Science or related field of study, or equivalent years experience.
· 3-5 plus years of experience working in a corporate environment with mission critical business systems
that operate under high transaction rate on large data volumes with tight project schedules for installing, monitoring and troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications running in a multi-tier environment.
· Experience with Disaster Recovery is desirable.
· Experience with International support is desirable.
· Fluent in English writing, reading, listening and speaking.
