winferno registry power clleaner是做什么？我一开机就出现，好像它在检查什么，然后出现：

Components:752 errors found,3739 items scanned
File associations:282 errors found,4280 items scanned
..............
下面还有８条错误显示和 ５条正常显示，
点击SCLEAN NOW就出现要我注册还是购买之类的。麻烦指教下该怎么解决，１是注册表出问题了么，如果是，怎么解决？
２上边的软件该怎么处理，卸载了可以吗？
