世界音乐

世界音乐（World music）有时又称民族流行音乐（Ethno pop）。广义的世界音乐可以泛指世界上所有的民族音乐。但是在这里我们所要介绍的世界音乐主要是指第二次世界大战结束以来，以美国流行音乐为主体的，同时融合了来自世界各国的民族音乐元素的一种新音乐形式。 

二战结束以来，美国流行音乐占据了整个世界。布鲁斯、爵士乐、摇滚乐、索尔音乐和其他更多的形式充斥全球的每个角落，对各国流行乐坛带来巨大的冲击。其实，所有的这些"美国"形式，实际上都是非洲血统的基因转移，是贩奴时代流传到北美的节拍。当这些节奏稍略加工以后以新的形式回到他们的故乡时，又影响了曾经孕育他们的文化并诞生了令人兴奋的混血品种--世界音乐。80年代世界音乐对西方流行音乐的发展带来了极大的影响。有趣的是这种影响却是一种循环关系：非洲的黑人文化作为流行音乐的源泉使其迅速发展这是有目共睹的，然而当这种美国形式的流行音乐回到非洲时又促使了世界音乐的诞生。80年代，当世界音乐的影响逐渐扩大，世界各地（特别是亚非地区）的音乐家便通过各种先进手段充分体现了更加前卫的当代意识，从而又返回来促进了流行音乐的发展。因此，我们可以明显地看到世界音乐并不是孤立存在的，它是一种流行音乐、民族音乐甚至传统音乐相结晶的混合体。

一、雷盖音乐 

1、概述 
雷盖音乐（Reggae，港台地区又译"雷鬼音乐"），60年代中期起源于牙买加，速度中等，强调反拍的重音是它的明显特征。 

雷盖音乐从洛克斯代迪（Rocksteady）音乐演变而来，而洛克斯代迪音乐又是斯卡（Ska）音乐的延续，这三种音乐的根源都是加勒比海的非洲音乐传统、神圣的复兴主义以及美国的节奏布鲁斯。 

50 年代中期，美国的节奏布鲁斯通过迈阿密、新奥尔良、孟菲斯等地的广播电台传入牙买加后，当地的一些音乐家便将其与牙买加的民间音乐曼图（Mento）相融合，逐渐形成了斯卡音乐。斯卡音乐的速度较快，节奏强调反拍的重音，乐队中除了采用传统的曼图音乐的乐器（如木吉他、各种拉美打击乐器）外还加入了铜管乐、电吉他、电贝司和键盘等乐器，并突出铜管的华丽色彩。斯卡音乐流行于1960至1965年之间，到60年代中期逐渐演变为洛克斯代迪音乐。洛克斯代迪音乐与斯卡音乐相比，它的速度明显放慢，节奏及织体更为细腻丰富；其乐队完全采用节奏布鲁斯的组合方式，将吉他作为节奏乐器，用切音技巧演奏松驰而富有韵律的节奏音型；贝司声部的旋律也更具独立性，与华丽的主唱声部构成对位。60年末，洛克斯代迪音乐又发展成更具国际性的雷盖音乐。实际上，很难在洛克斯代迪音乐和雷盖音乐之间划出明显的界限，只是雷盖音乐比洛克斯代迪音乐更为细腻，更多地使用电声乐器和更加国际化、商业化而已。 
雷盖音乐的表现内容与当地穷苦人信仰的拉斯塔法里教（Rastafari）有着密切联系。该教派崇拜埃塞俄比亚前皇帝海尔•塞拉西一世，把他当作神，当作黑人的救星，教派即因他在登位前被称为塔法里亲王而得名。雷盖音乐经常表达拉斯塔法里教的政治思想，表达牙买加被压迫群众的心理，梦想有一天获得解救，重返非洲故乡-- 他们的地上天堂。雷盖音乐的代表人物是鲍勃•马利，他使雷盖音乐广泛流传开来，成为一种具有世界影响的流行音乐形式。

"UB40" 成立于1977年，乐队阵容庞大，有8位成员，他们来自英国的伯明翰。UB40是英国救济福利组织的代号，由于建队时大部分成员都失业，需要填写UB40 的社会福利救济表，他们便以此作为乐队的名称。1983年，乐队达到高峰状态，他们演唱的《红红的葡萄酒》（Red Red Wine）独占排行榜榜首，在这首经典作品中，人们充分领受到了"雷盖音乐"那节奏张驰有度、旋律清新流畅的独特美感，直到今天，"UB40"乐队仍乐此不疲。
