Taiki-taiki has translated the Q&A from Otomedia Psycho-Pass Scoop that Shinya-Kougami-Enforcer has posted here. Her translated script is originally in Thai so I asked her for the permission to translate this to English. Just for the sake of sharing. ;)
On a side note, this Q&A is answered by Takaha Aya who is one of the scriptwriters for Psycho-Pass anime. There are three scriptwriters (Urobuchi being the main one), for your information.
Q&A Translation for Otomedia Psycho-Pass Scoop
*Kagari Shuusei*
Q. What type of woman does Kagari like?
- Sexy older sister. When he first met Akane, he waved at her but that was just his “hey, it’s a girl!” surprise. Akane is not really his type.
Q. What do you have to do to be in a relationship with Kagari?
- Kagari has a weakness for delicious food. If you tell him “I have found this good restaurant. Let’s go eat!”, he will certainly go with you. Beware, though, you can be broke without any love blossoming. (chuckle)
Q. What will he plan on a date?
- He will probably take you to a place secondary schoolers like such as an amusement park or a game center. But he will just take you there. When you are both there, he will just go play whatever he wants.
Q. What kind of gift that will make Kagari happy?
- Of course, it has to be food! Food in Psycho Pass world are mixtures of various ingredients. Flour is sometimes altered and seasoned into fish or meat. If you give him real preserved roasted meat, he will be very happy. Then there are toys and figures. These are gifts that make secondary schoolers happy.

- “Being with you is most fun.”

*Masaoka Tomomi*
Q. What type of woman does Masaoka like?
- Because he “has difficulty catching up with new generations”, we can guess that his ideal type is a former-time-typed lady who, even if they are doing dangerous job together, can still smile.

*Kougami Shinya*
Q. What type of woman does Kougami like?
- He is not good with woman. Because he uses to be a police, formerly when it was time, Sibyl System would choose for him. (Sibyl is a system that supports life-long welfare and analyzes an individual’s Psycho Pass for his mental health and personality to select for appropriate job. Everyone will get a job, a salary and appropriate welfare.) Therefore, even if he was not good with woman, he was not in a hurry. Ever since he became an Enforcer, he cannot go around freely so he has not met the right one yet. As for a kid like Akane that he does not feel she is already “a woman”, he seems to be able to cope with easier.

*Makishima Shogo*
Q. What type of woman does Makishima like?
- He does not know how to like someone. He only cares about what the meaning of this thing called human is but he does not care about a single human in particular. He will treat the person of his interest especially well but once he loses interest, he can immediately discard that someone.
Q. What do you have to do to be in a relationship with Makishima?
- If you want a relationship as in relationship of opposite sex, you can stop thinking about it. (chuckle) But if you just want to be close to him and feel the same air as him, we can opt for becoming his subordinates.
Q. What will he plan on a date?
- He will not let you participate in devising a plan or surveying a place for crime. And he will not persuade you to. Because he loves reading, if you tell him you want to debate about books you read, he will definitely enjoy participating.
Q. What kind of gift that will make Makishima happy?
- He will definitely be happy if you give him valuable books that cannot be found elsewhere. It seems he already has the first published version of Shakespeare in possession. How about “The Japanese version of Wei Legend”?
