EOQ = 根号（2 x cost of placing one order x Demand / holding cost per unit)
即 EOQ = 根号（2·Co·D/ Ch）
EOQ和holding cost成反比
Total annual costs = holding costs + ordering costs
= Q·Ch/2 + Co·D / Q
Total annual cost和holding cost 成正比
当然，这些都是假设其他变量都不变为前提……
